Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    just a quick question...
    would you use 1st cut silage(stemmy stuff)or 2nd cut silage ...all bales now first for feeding to dry suckler cows+weanlings???

    would get rid of which ever is less good first, if cattle get used to nicer stuff they dont like going back to worse quality where as if they start on poorer stuff they might be more inclined to eat it

    which be best then..as both looks ok!
    hav opened first cut+2nd cut! a bale of each just!
    finer+greener stuff the 2nd cut!

    well sounds like both buts ok so wouldnt think it would make a whole lot of difference but maybe keep the 2nd cut till last, probably a small bit better
