Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does anybody know how long it would take a log book to return after it's been sent off?

    Thanks.

Not off-hand, but you can see if your application has been processed.

Go to the Motor Tax office web site,

    Motor Tax office link

then click on "Vehicle Transaction Enquiry" and enter your reg number.
It'll tell you if a change of ownership has gone through in the last 3 months.

I think on average two to three weeks. You can check here if the registered owner status has changed meaning at least they are processing it.

Current wait time is about 2 weeks, that's based on 3 change of owner applications I know of to have been sent in the last month.
