Anyone notice the guys in illuminous jackets aound Dublin. They seem to be everywhere. Traffic lights, along the quays, roundabouts. Anyone notice the guys in illuminous jackets aound Dublin. They seem to be everywhere. Traffic lights, along the quays, roundabouts.

I've a feeling they are monitoring commercial traffic in Dublin or maybe I'm just paranoid that they always looking at me in my van and ignoring what cars are around.

I've taken to waving at them for my amusement.
