As it says in the heading, does anybody know of any Muay Thai classes preferably in Clonmel? Dying to try it but cant find anywhere in my locality. Thanks in advance for the replies:)

Get your fat ass into the gym and start there ape with lots a streches and you'll pick it up from there.
