Cold tap not working in kitchen...

    Folks

    Mixer tap not working in the kitchen. No cold water coming through, but hot water coming through fine
    Cold water working in other sinks so that doesn't seem to be the problem

    Had a new gas condensing boiler fitted last week, there were some problems with one of the rads and the fitter came yesterday and apparently changed the water flow or distribution to increase flow to this rad. Could this have changed the water dynamics stopping the cold water going to the kitchen sink tap? Or is there just some regular problem with the mixer in the sink?

    Turn on the boiler and turn it to the water setting if there is one and see does the water flow through the cold...

    HAve the boiler on now, heating rads and Hot water
    Still no water out of the cold tap- (I suppose the mains could be off....:( and this could be coincidence, none of the neighbours are in so I can't check)
