Is it worth switching from bt 24 to UPC 20?

Got BT 24 10 months ago and im only getting 8mb out of it which IMO is a joke! Just wondering is there anyway of finding out what speeds i would get out of the 20mb connection? Better yet if there is anyone in Grange in Cork using the UPC 20mb broadband what speeds you getting?

i dont know about cork now but from what I hear from people that have it.

its great and they like it.

think the only problem with ntl is customer care there meant to be bad and if you want to cancel your contract you'll be a while on the phone. dont know if thats still the same but it might be,
