Hey.

Our DV deck is dropping frames alot during capture (confirmed its the deck by capturing from camera the same 2 minute piece and only the deck is dropping.) And despite putting a cleaning tape through it a few times it has scarcely improved.

So we need to send it off for servicing, its a BR-HD50 and is about two and a bit years old and has been capturing vast amounts of work through the office in that time.

Anyone know any good crowds in ireland or the uk that can do this or should we send it back to JVC for servicing?
