Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
I want to get a charm bracelet but I want to get one with charms that actually mean something. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get Irish dancing charms because they seem so rare.

I don't know about Irish dancing charms but I got a gift of a charm bracelet with some celtic charms from a place called Celtic silver it's in St Stephen's Green centre, beside Dunnes on the ground floor.

EDIT: In Dublin! So I hope you are!

Hi there, I know exactly what you are looking for,
I have a silver charm bracelet to which I have added serveral items to, over the years, eg Each of sentimental value,
your post has just reminded me of a silver shoe (irish dancing heavy shoe) that my mum gave me last year, when I speak to her tomorrow, I will ask her where she got it. Would have been somewhere in Galway I imagine,

Point to note, it is becoming difficult to get real silver charms that need to be saudered on to the bracelet as most silver charms now are the little clasp type, personally I think the quality and quantity of silver used is not as good as the genuine charms, check out following link for examples (much better than pandora, sabo etc, try links of dub- are pricey though- http://www.timelesscharms.com/xcart/home.php?cat=1

Yeah thats it, I've managed to get a little dancer but it seems that the shoes are a bit harder to find. Thanks for the reply. I'm a bit old skool so those type of charm bracelets kind of appeal to me.
