mortgage advice in limerick

    I'm at the first stage of trying to build/buy my own home, and I am looking for an independent mortgage advisor who can give me advice and information on how much I can borrow, who I can borrow from etc etc. I am totally in the dark but understand that an independent advisor should be more benificial for me. All help appreciated, I'm totally ignorant of the whole process.:(
