    Was wondering weather anyone knew of a decent mortgage broker in south dublin

    i think you'll find they are now few and far between as the banks have tightened the lending criteria and cut broker commissions substantially. But good luck.

    Yeah, you'll see a lot of them in the queue outside the Dun Laoghaire Social Welfare Office on signing on day!

    Ah but seriously though, a lot of banks have now cut ties with brokers and will only deal direct with customers, other banks have cut their commission to brokers so much that the brokers are now effectively tied agents of one bank or another.
