The incidences of this state organised relentless harassment continues to rise into the hundreds, maybe thousands, across the country are being pursued to one of three outcomes.They choose forced suicide,they seek help and are institutionalised or lash out at their tormentors and arrested /imprisoned,thus confounding their helplessness.This abuse is gaining momentum and mirrors historically abuse done to citizens of states prior to overt tyranny/dictatorship taking place.
