40in Philips LED 8000 series

    Hi Guys,
    Am looking at the 7/8/9000 series of the Philips 40in TVs. It's a pressie for the folks who won't use it for much more than a TV/DVD. Any advise would be appreciated. Can you supply prices and advise on delivery also.

    The new 40PFL8664H is due for launch next week - I have them on order.
    This TV will sell for €1499.99 and has the same feature set as the 42PFL8664 but uses LED edge lighting technology and is very thin.

    I have the range topping 40PFL9704H in stock and on display, this TV uses LED Back lighting with Local Dimming capability and is an absolute stunner of a TV! this one sells for €1999.99


    We also have the standard 42" non LED backlit LCD TV's available in 7, 8 and 9 series -
    42PFL7404H sells at €949.99
    42PFL8404H sells at €999.99
    42PFL9664H sels at €1799.99 - this is the What HiFi award winner 2009

    As a Boardie you can deduct the 10% Philips Shop Boardies Discount on both the above prices and save yourselve some cash.

    These would make an excellent present!
    Dont forget you get a 5 year warranty on the 9 series and a 4 year warranty on the 8 series and 3 year warranty on the 7 series.
