Track Races Navan

    [FONT=Arial,Helvetica][SIZE=-1]South O’Hanlon AC are holding their winter series of track races in Claremont Stadium, Navan on Wednesday nights at 8:00 PM:

    11th November 3000m
    18th November 1 mile
    25th November 3000m
    2nd December 1 mile
    Entry is 3 euro per race or 10 euro for all four. All proceeds go to charity.     [/SIZE][/FONT]

    do u need spikes or will runners do

    The races will be on the tartan track so either spikes (5mm) or runners will do.
