Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

you could try checking if the USB drives are switched on using the system BIOS. Check the user manual on how to access it as it differs with manufacturers.

Yeah, the simplest cause might be that USB is disabled in BIOS, but that's hardly the default setting.

One thing I've done in the past when I've had USB issues is to open up the Windows Device Manager and under the USB Section (Universal Serial Bus Controllers), basically uninstall every USB related device there, including the hubs.

Don't worry, Windows will auto detect everything again.
After removing everything you might need to reboot.
