    She came with me for a few classes back in November.
    She couldnt handle the heat so she didnt want to go again.
    Plus, she's in England this week, and I hate being in the apt on my own, so I trained for 4 hours 45 mins today.............

    Drifter - I don't give a **** tbh.
    Change it to Lama's Lifting Log.

    Nice one Da Za.

    He means you need to possibly consider changing the record drifter. Do it in accompaniment to your efforts at reducing the anger.
