Just throwing a quick hopeful question out there...

Is there anywhere in KK City that does free OBDII diagnostic readings?

Had a look at the ones on Ebay, but was advised it's not guaranteed that an aftermarket scantool will be able to read the codes from the transmission PCM, and if there was a half decent dealer nearby it might be better to get them to plug their diagnostic kit in.

Even if it was cheap I would be grateful. Times are hard.

    No problem. Thanks anyway.
Maybe someone else will have an idea.
I have narrowed it down to a failing pressure switch. Should be a lot less expensive than a transmission overhaul. :)
