Why has no one yet mentioned that OP was wearing a balaclava!!

Hi, I have some fine leather jackets and time-share apartments you might be interested in... Incidentally, did you hear that they removed the word 'gullible' from the dictionary?! :pac:

since you're such a fan of Britain perhaps you could learn to speak it's first language properly...

    Ahem...
if you're gonna be an uncooperative, complete fcuking moron... Then you deserve to be inconvenienced, at the least.

You think they should be able to hassle him for no actual reason in his own home??

Same difference. Lovely. Also known as the "but sure who gives a f*ck really" defence.
Legally known as The UK of Britain and NI...but sure Britain will do for the whole lot, yeah?

I couldn't point it out, no...it's inferred by your lax attitude toward using the proper term for where it is you're referring to...and that in turn just looks like stirring sh*t...if it was done through ignorance then grand...but you apparently know the difference. Just because it's AH isn't really an excuse.
But sure who gives a f*ck really...

tbh with you it was done out of ignorance, i did think that it was the United Kingdom of Great Britain, i didnt know about the and NI part. But weather you like it or not, most people couldn't give a fuck, really.

this is going way off topic

As for the photography? Essentially it's treated as gathering information or data that may be of use to terrorists under specific laws that pre-date anything the rest of the UK may have imposed.
It carries heavy penalties if proved in court...
Heavy handed? Perhaps. Warranted. Probably...when the threat exists for dissidents to want to strap an explosive device under the car in your driveway, it's probably better that they don't have a picture of you, your family, your home or your car or any data that might allow them to target you more easily. A picture of you and your colleagues in uniform can be considered useful in that regard, if it falls into the wrong hands.

On the other hand if theyve nothing to hide theyve nothing to fear................

Just out of curiosity how many times has it been proved in court or is it just an excuse to arrest someone to gather information or data on the offender?

There are a lot of people that disagree with a Governments policy that are considered/are dissidents that doesn't make them cop killers or violent . Or did you mean to use the word terrorist like above? Because I think everybody would like to see terrorist's arrested but I don't remember one ever being convicted for picture taking.[/QUOTE]

I think you meant to say ,"learn to write it's first language properly" I know it seems silly, what kind of person would try to strengthen their point by bringing up spelling, grammar, etc mishaps. Me thats who;)
