    Why is there a chinese television chanel constantly on the t.v. there?
    Come to think of it,why is there a t.v.in there?!

    Tis the DIT way. Wasting the money is better than not spending it.
    Works well for other public sector institutions.

    I suppose its to do with the number of Chinese students in DIT.
