    okay,

    ive been hitting the gym hard for the past 5 months and i love it :D
    but ive not been keeping a real record of my progress
    so im gonna start today 15-11-09

    Stats:
    age 21
    weight 98kg 15 stone
    height 6ft4"

    my goals are too get alot stronger and bigger,
    id like to get my bench press up to my body weight 95kg currently my PB is 70kg so alot to do


    ill start with what i did in the gym today

    Deadlift

    Dumbbell

    wrist curls
    15kg to max 4 sets

    just home from the gym,the gym was busy but i still managed to get what i planned done,im planning on putting one main compound exercise into everyday at the gym

    i got a 110kg squat today this my best to date so im very happy with this but wanna improve alot
    im trying to take every second day as a rest day
