Debenhams Store Card

I can't find anything on line so I'm presuming Debenhams stopped issuing their Store Card. Does anyone know why?

They haven't stopped. I got one back in April of this year. You have to ask at a till and they get you to fill in an application at a computer. You need proof of ID and proof of address.

Had one of those in the UK - greatest waste of plastic ever - had nothing but problems, although I only used it once (to take the special offer) and paid it off within 30 days.

Seriously, avoid.
