Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is the rest of your laptop working ok as normal?
Did the dongle come with an installation cd and did you run it? (I'm assuming you did)
What make/serial number of model is it?

Ran installation disk but gave error message.

    What is the error message?

I've had issues with some of these before, sometimes they don't work due to other software which you may have on your laptop.

You could try installing it from the upgrade pack from here

I second this. What is the exact and full error message?

Error message was ..application error instruction at "OX7C9113C" referenced memory at "OX00650068" the memory could not be written...Incidentally the installation software was on the device itself not on cd.
