Where can I find these specific furniture coasters?

Bought a black leather furniture suite (3 seater sofa + 2 armchairs) with recliners from Suite Supreme on the Tuam Road, Galway about 2 years ago.

On delivery one of the furniture coasters was damaged. A company from Cork provided parts for them so posted a good coaster to them so that they knew the correct one.
However they never delivered back and have lost their details since.
Suite Supreme also went into liquadation before I had a chance to get back to them.

I've tried Atlantic Home care(now Woodies) in wellpark, woodies in terryland, n17 in terryland, B&Q but to no avail.
Could I get them somewhere online?

The furniture is fine per say as done a diy job on it with some wood. Just one of the little things I'm getting around to after giving up the drink for November. Wouldn't have been bothered otherwise but might as well do something with all the extra energy I have
