Project help on Irish Housing prices

Hi Guys

I have a project due for Wed and i am up the falls all day searching google and irishtimes.ie for information and i havent been able to find a thing.Could someone please help me out im so stuck.

Its a 2500 word report on:

It is estimated that the price of Irish Property has decreased significantly over the last two years,Discuss the factors that have caused this decrease

I am really up s**t creek here and im so tried from sitting in front of this computer all day and only having an introduction written.:(

You've been searching in the wrong places. Google Scholar is where you should have been searching. Newspapers are good sources but what are their motives? Stick with papers/articles/journals whatever you want to call them.

EDIT: By the way... you shouldnt have an introduction written already. Thats usually the last part of a paper/assignment to be wrriten. I think you should get some advice from a tutor on how to approach assignments in the future. Nevertheless, you can still do well if you put in some good hours tonight and very early in the morning. It was a classic asset price bubble that burst. They form when people buy based on the belief in future rises in price rather than fundamentals. They burst (as they all do) when the market inevitably runs out of buyers. From then on it is only down.
