Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Free Firewall Killing speed?

    Im testing out microsoft security essentials as a replacement for mcafee and of course need a firewall to work with it.

    I have tried
    Zone Alarm
    Comodo
    PC Tools Firewall Plus

    It seems they are killing my download speed(megupload and utorrent) and speedtest.net, on 7mb getting barely 2mb.
    Could this be the case or is Eircom knackered again?

    Finally if its user error, is there something im missing out on. I used mcafee and it was simply allow full access and then set the ports for torrents.
