NTL digital+ (package negotiable) broadband, lots of seating, Gas central heating. 2 bathrooms, large apartment. You will be sharing with one easy going female in mid 20s Bills to be shared. Rent includes exclusive use of underground car parking space also. Apartment has communal courtyard (very pretty) and roof garden also. Cab office 2 mins away, gym across the road €349 per year for members. Stunning gym - check out www.herberton.ie - luas right outside the door, 15 mins to city centre. 10 min walk to phoenix park and 5 mins to St James Hospital.
