I heard the Gift Grub version of 19 today. I'd love to send it to a friend abroad. Is there anywhere there would be a podcast or link that I could give her so that she could hear it?

Its not on their Podcast page any more.... its about 2 months old at this stage.
Its on the Gift Grub album that came out last Friday.

One of two things you could try.

    1) If you can listen to it currently on either
    - on the website
    - on podcast
    - on playback of the show

you could download free Audacity http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ (or use any other recording device) and just record the audio it as it's playing. Then save it as MP3.

    2) Alternatively, most podcasts are in MP3 anyway. So (when it becomes available on podcast and you download it) if you search through your iTunes folder for "19" you should be able to find the source MP3. Just copy this file and send it.

Of course with both of these you do need SOME source for it.
