Brisbane - CHEAP aircon?

    Im lookin to buy a decen aircon for about $150 or rent for $50 pm

    But I cant find anywhere, like 2nd hand electronics shops that might have them

    Tried the 2 pawn shops in the Valley with no luck

    Tryin eBay but its not happenin!

    Any suggestions??

    ROFL The last two nights have been pretty sticky alright.

    Try Gumtree. Or you might be able to find government auctions.

    I have a few old 'In Window' models I salvaged from some Demolition work a few years ago, one needs a Regas, you can have it for a carton of Tooheys new.

    While we're at it, anyone know where in the city/valley/newfarm-ish area I could pick up a fan blade quite cheap? Pedestal fan fell over, blade broke, overheating has ensued... I glued the broken bit back on, but that failed after an hour or so :(
