not being smart, but you should speak to a professional to get diagnosed.

you cant do a diy checklist over the internet.

One of the clinical tools used is the DSM-IV, if you'd like to know more about it:

As above, it's not something you can get diagnosed over the internet, and it's not wise to try to do so, and not allowed here.
