Neu Blue Eriu Closed??

Hello,
Just wondering if anyone knows for sure if Neu Blue Eriu is closed, both shops seem to be gone..

I have a voucher for Neu Blue Eriu and I cannot contact anyone, their website is actually suspended so all mails sent are failing.
I was wondering is there anything at all i can do or do i just have to cut my losses? the other problem is that the voucher will expire soon so if they do start trading again can i argue that i want the voucher extended? (i am not too hopeful of that happening though!)

just wondering if anyone had any information on them at all.. when did they close? is it permanent?

If the voucher was paid for by credit card the credit card company can refund you the money in this sort of case as far as I know. I heard this on the radio recently with regard to vouchers for restuarants that have closed down so I assume the same rules apply.

I was walking by there the other day and there was a sign saying that they'd had an unexpectedly massive problem and had to close temporarily but that they were using the opportunity to gussy the place up and would reopen. Hopefully that's actually true

I read on another beauty forum that it's gone. (I can link or pm the thread if it's allowed?) The building on South William Street is up for rent at the moment which really doesn't bode well.
