Well im Lithuanian so instead of the guessing here's the story.
Those guys are life-long criminals. Some already had jail term. Police have questioned them regarding this and other crimes. Basically all they MAY or may NOT get is 1000Litas fine. (approximately 291Euro)

The problem is that Lithuanian law is an @$$ so they may go and do the same over and over and over again, and may never be fined or anything. On the other hand there's more and more people that will take the law in to their own hands. As in "Lietuvos Rytas" local daily newspaper most commentator's were glad to teach them fly. As basically the guy that threw the dog of the bridge told "FLY! why don't you fly"... He's just sick and future murderer. :( nothing much to say.

Nobody ate chickens or anything... He just wanted to have fun. He also robbed few older people in his own village.. As i mentioned law is an a... in my country.

    Take care :)

    P.S.
http://www.lrytas.lt/videonews/?id=12590017651257599460 the guy got 8 months in jail. he is the first person that ever got jail term in Lithuania for cruel actions against animals.

    P.S.S.
