At least then they'd have a plan.

In actual fact our government asked the banks how much the assets were worth without auditing one loan book, invented a deduction and said here you go.

At least after the chicken lands other governments know how to implement the chickens ideas with some semblence of order.

I think we should do it. At least then there's a reason that the ideas are so bird-brained rather than the fact that we elected a bunch of gombeens!
