Custom leagues/Competition Editor

Has anyone made use of the Competition Editor? I remember in FM 08 when using a donor league such as the Dutch which had no player restrictions new non dutch teams would sign only dutch players and youth re-spawns would be dutch too even when the teams I'd swapped could be south american or asian became fairly annoying -…

Has anyone made use of the Competition Editor?

became fairly annoying - in fm 05' youth players came from the teams nation not the leagues nation

Has anyone tried anything similar in FM 2010?

custom leagues etc... what results have you had?

or for that matter placing an Irish based team in the english leagues

do you get english or Irish youth players?

btw - Haven't bought the game yet, which is why I don't know, waiting till trips to belfast and manchester in january to pick it up on the cheap
