UNWELL CHILD

My darling little son is unwell, he is not himself, moping around, dont want to eat his dinner or eat anything solid. His temperature is up and down last few days but defintely up now! His body is quite hot now!!!!! He keep falling asleep now and again!! i'm worried that there might be something serious underlying! :(:(:(
