good soakage food?

As the tittle suggests, what do you people recommend as good soakage food or good food to eat before you go out (that wont bloat too much like pasta can.....)

dunno about food to eat before you go out, but i def class abrakebabras taco fries as the best soakage food for after a nite of drinking!
