    This is the latest from the AA Roadwatch concerning Cork:-

    All the following roads are closed at present:-

    Lee Road
    Ballea Road
    Carrigrohane Straight
    Centre Park Road
    Rochestown Road
    Sarsfield Road
    Passage
    Coachford Road
    [FONT=&quot] [/FONT]

    Inniscarra Dam (We have just been informed, by the Buildings Officer, that the Inniscarra Dam will be releasing significantly more water than usual today. As a result there is an increased risk of flooding in low lying areas adjacent to the river Lee)

    Cork – Innishannon – Bandon (Closed due to flooding – alternative routes available but expect lengthy delays)

    Crossbarry closed due to flooding

    Cork to Killarney road via Macroom is impassable.

    Sarsfield Roundabout was flooded this am so be careful if this is part of your journey.
