bios update

need a little help here guys.

have to update bios on mo/bo to accept am3 chips and im not looking forward to doing this i have the updated bios downloaded , looking for recommendations as to what is the best way to do it, been told that it can be done through windows or via flash pen.

its the asus crosshair 2 mo/bo update to run amd phenom x4 965 chip

Select your OS, and go to BIOS Utilities and flash it from windows

vista 64 bit but will be changing to win 7 ultimate once i get this done
