Finally dragged myself out for a run just after 9pm. Took the Garmin with me, but somehow forgot to hit the start button for the first km... d'oh! Anyway. What it did measure was that the average pace for the last 4.4 miles of my run was 8.58/mile. This wasn't a deliberate attempt to try and burn the cold out, but it seemed to function that way. Felt good all the way around, legs felt strong and the cold has definitely improved a bit.

Time to cross everything that this cold disappears by Sunday, because if it doesn't then there's going to have to be some serious goal re-evaluation. There's no way I can run sub-4 with a blocked nose. :eek:
