Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

hope you might be able to help.

I installed Windows 7 Ultimate on my cheap and nasty Targa PC, and I cant for the life of me get sound working. I dont know how to find out what sound card I have, and all the sound settings say everything is working fine, but there is not a peep out of the computer.

ANy ideas how I can fix this?

    Thanks!

Try windows update. And look up your pc model and see what sound card came with it. You could also try one of those driver detecting programs.

    Hope this helps!!!!

look up the drivers on the targa site, if there are no 7 drivers then check under vista and XP for then make and model of the sound card - you may also find drivers on the sound card site

Yeah, your best bet is to see if there's a Vista driver available, afaik it will work with Windows 7. Theres a driver program called DriverMax which will let you check for driver updates.

Hi, hope I'm not too late.

    Get this: http://www.driverchecker.com/
Update anything & everything it want you to.

Open run and search "dxdiag" save all information to a text file, copy and send me it in a PM.

    Please. :)
