Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

That is an unbelievably **** goal, unreal. What a turn by SWP, unreal skill. How Ireland got free is certainly someting to question, like theres two players near him doing nothing, not least Lucas who for some reason decided not to track back.

But fantastic turn and fantsatic finish.

If he was fit, he would be playing.

at the start of the season when he was bought.

'we're buying him for 5 years, not 5 weeks.'

    this game has gone cuckoo.

    Liverpool are so jammy.

why because of city's goal being offside and all?

    still no aquilani.

how much cotton wool do you want on him?

    f*ck sake.

why because of city's goal being offside and all?

because of the goal and city's goal is perfectly legit. Passing the ball back or alongside is not offside if you are ahead or in line of the player receiving.

I want this game to become boring again! And bring on aquilani!

I'm not sure how he's supposed to get match fit on the bench.

    Very fcuking frustrating.

This is not a game for Aquilani to enter, the tackles are flying in. Its all a bit helter skelter.

We were told he'd be fit in November and match fit by January. That looks to be about right

    It wasn't, he was level.

Sorry Mike but I don't buy that. He's not a child ffs.

If he's not fit he should not be on the bench. End of.

And what would the reaction be if he came on and got another injury?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,975 ✭✭✭nkay1985

Ah ffs my stream disappears at half time after I sat through that heap of sh*t of a first half. Now I've missed six goals and what sounds like a match that's great craic to watch as a neutral. I hate the internet at times! :D

Rafa had to make 2 very early substitutions, this would definately have changed any plans he may have had,in all fairness.

Kuyt really needs a rest. He's been poor today and has been for the majority of the season if the truth be told.

Yeah but stick him on for a DM to try and get a winner. Might have been worth a try perhaps?

is it finished yet? according to livescore, it's been 90 minutes for about 10 minutes

Couldnt do it because after we went 1 up City had to push on, thats why he kept Masch and Lucas on.

    Match was delayed.

Better second half, good result for the "neutral".

Now, enter United fans for a gloat.

Kuyt needs rest alright I agree, Gerrard would moan but I think he should be pushed wide for a few games or Yossi start wide right. Otherwise Yossi in the middle.

Why oh why oh why do Liverpool not put men on the posts for corners?

For anyonw who didn't see that, don't let that scoreline fool you. It was a wretched game from two poor teams.

On that show both may struggle for a top 4 finish.

    Draw a fair result.

lucas was very poor today I thought, same with Kuyt

Glorious chance for Lucas to win it there, didn't realise the amount of time he had.

Liverpool played well and until we scored were the only team trying to play football. City had to push on when they conceded which made for the open last half hour. Far from two "poor teams"

    my exact feelings.

lucas had a completely ineffective day.

as i said during the match; ireland embarrassed our midfield after our first goal.

i'm getting sick of watching this kind of sh*t so often now.
