Cashing in PRSA

Just wondering if anybody has tansferred or cashed in (i am nowhere near 60 yet) an Irish PRSA since arriving down under.... My miserly pension is just festering in some collapsing bank and I can think of a couple of techno nerd toys I could spend it on...

I think if you have less than two years contributions you can cash it in but they take off 20% tax. Otherwise you need to contact the revenue but i think the money is pretty much locked away until your sixty:(
