Fenugreek seeds

Recently discovered Fenugreek (sp?) seeds, yum. Looking for some recipe suggestions, have one that's on the pack of seeds for boiled spuds that'll I try but anything else tasty to suggest.

Curries have these in a lot of their recipes if you like them I will post one up, I find that grounding them up first before adding to the curry is the best way.
