It has to be Bill O'Herlihy for the way he facilitates Giles, Dunphy, Souness, etc. He always asks questions that will provoke animated responses from the panel. Jeff Stelling would definitely be number 2. Lineker is useless on MOTD.

Bill is excellent at his job but I voted for Chiles. The man is a legend. Not sure if he'd actually be good at doing Lineker's job (main host) as his job on MOTD2 is a bit different to that. I think he's hilarious though and as a football fan, he has a decent knowledge of the game. Bill will win this though and deservedly so I reckon.

Richardson by a country mile, he is far more knowledgable a witty then the others and as mentioned above the football weekely podcast is fantastic!

Saying that I do have a soft spot for bill.
