Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I know it's €20 on the website, but how much is it if I wait till I get to Connolly to buy it?

You're better booking online, if you can, as even on the normal webfare, rather than the promotional webfare, there will be a discount, as opposed to getting the ticket at the station.

Silly old me. I thought that I would cheekily suggest Bus Eireann as being the best (cheapest, most frequent, reliable and comfy) option based on my own experiences. So onto the Bus Eireann website - OMG ! - it used to be easy to navigate but no more. Could not find fares for Belfast or, indeed, anywhere else. Could not find contact phone number. Googled Bus Eireann and wrong phone is listed which puts you through to Irish Rail recording which said info desk closed but gives you a number for Bus Eireann but on getting through to be told info desk closes at 6pm!! and redirects you to the worthless BE website. Anyway, all that said, as presently operated the IE/Translink service is overpriced, unreliable and inflexible compared to the BE service which as a bonus delivers you into the City Centre.

On the front page Your Journey>Fares and Tickets>Fares Information. Click. Scroll to prices from Dublin. 22 quid return to Belfast.
