    Weight : 290lbs

    so today i tried out my new Asic Kayano 15 Gel and their fantastic

    so i did 2.85km in 20 mins , not the best but a start none the less

    P.S. my plan is to train Mon,Wed,Fri,Sat so will post details on them days

    since monday i lost 1.5lbs last week . i do weight watchers

    today i did

    2.92km in 20 mins

    392kcals burned

    tough , but im going for 3k for friday grrrr

    Fair play to you. Nothing but admiration for you. 290ibs is alot of weight to carry around. I joined WW in November 2006 at 243ibs. Three years later i broke 3 hours in hte marathon. So it can happen. Keep puting up your weight loss every week as this will motivate you more. Get the 10% goal as soon as you can(2 stone)although not too soon and then the miles will be easier to do. Any advise i can give feel free to ask by PM. Its takes Ba**s to start a log. Its not about times its been honest. Having your targets for 2010 and work towards them.

    Stay on the grass if you can and nothing wrong with walk breaks at hte start.

    Good luck acoustic. I lost 2.5 stone this year and running got easier with every lb lost. Keep up the good work.

    thanks for the advice people

    i couldnt get out of bed this morning , my back had locked up or something , couldnt even stand up , but took 2 nurofen and pushed myself and its still sore but least i can walk etc

    so hope to be ok on monday
