Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

im tracking my xbox repair online on the ups website and it says "the device was unable to be delivered or has a return service label".

does the return service label perhaps mean its been fixed and on its way home :).

has anyone had this problem before or tracked their repair in this way before?

Well maybe it was for some reason unable to get to the repair place and on the ups site its being treated as a return. Just a theory

I wouldnt accept what you hear off boards, so far these are just suggestions.

Contact UPS and see what the hell is going on

Aye, better off just talking to the people who have your xbox.
Maybe check the status of the repair on the xbox service centre

It could also be that the xbox repair centre is working on it and the return delivery is pending...
