What departmemt would I contact to rearrange attending a tutorial if i missed one? Would it be a main office of the course or the individual offices of the module or who? Any help would be great!

Id say the best thing to do would be to email the tutor of the class and arrange to meet during his/her office hours. The program offices would probably just say tough luck
