    My mother has been playing about with her rig, she has been busy with ccleaner and a few other programs coz her comp started up very slowly.

    All works fine but she gets a notification; reinstall perfomance center

    anyone know where I can download it or how I get that notification away?

    that sounds like malware, you shouldn't be getting pop ups like that. download malwarebytes and run a scan to see if it finds anything.

    +1 Sounds like a very common type of malware knocking about these days
