If they still have those machines with the card readers in the Library/Labs as far as I know you just swipe your card and this will reset your profile and leave you with whatever your password was initially.

You'll probably lose all your desktop preferences though e.g. if you have a custom wallpaper.

Yep they are defo both correct ..... forgot mine earlier this year ... just ask the missus behind the desk and she will take you to the PC and walk you through it!:D:D
