Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi guys.. Probably gonna have to buy a commercial motor early next year and am a bit torn between a focus and the tdv6. Probably gonna go 2nd hand due to lack of funds.. maybe around 05/06. Anyone got any ideas on which to go towards,, :eek:Not really educated on this sort of stuff and would love a couple of opinions,, Am guessing the land rover would be a lot heaver on the juice.. Any opinions would be great,, Cheers

    Bit of an odd shortlist!

As well as being heavier on juice, it will be a lot more expensive to maintain, and will most likely break a lot more.

Indeed. Op why have you landed on those two options? They're completely different, but either way the focus would be the more reliable of the bunch, but they're both completely different motors. What do you want from the car, you have to decide this before you can do anything.
