Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I got letter of approval for mortgage. buying a site and building the house. the first draw down will be for the site and then we wont be doing anything for maybe 6months after that or maybe 10months. Do i have to get insurance or surley i dont need it until i start to build. say we need life assurance and property but im…
